I have been a user of the Genius app from nearly the beginning. This company and this product is superior in every way to other scoring and tournament software apps. I researched multiple options and every year when my renewal comes up I look again. The features alone are worth the product, but as an admin and profesional, what keeps me coming back is the outstanding and quick customer support.

The problem is that a registrant cannot Cancel after Registration is Closed. Those guys are overworked. It would seem being able to cancel at anytime would be a win for all stakeholders.
