This will take you to your purchase history. Step 3: Once there, click on Apps at the top of the window. A list of all you purchased and downloaded apps will appear.
Your list of purchased apps will update and you will see that the app you just hid is not there anymore. You will now notice that the app you hid is gone! If you have iOS 7 though, you will notice that the hidden app still shows up on your Purchase History even if you close the app entirely.
Head back to the App Store and you will notice that your purchase history is now empty. The process was relatively quick and simple and only took me two minutes. The purchase history contains a list of the apps, books, movies, songs, and TV shows among others that you purchased using your Apple ID. All the information containing the purchase will be available including the date of purchase and payment method used.
To hide an app, point the mouse over it and click the black X when it shows up on the top-left corner. The easiest way to unhide the App Store history from your iPhone or iPad is by unhiding purchases directly.

Apple lets you hide purchases from appearing where they typically display in a list or are available via Family Sharing, but the purchase remains part of your account information and can be viewed when you examine your account. Email yours to [email protected] including screen captures as appropriate, and whether you want your full name used.
Download history is the list of files you've downloaded that are shown in the Downloads window. Search history includes items you've entered into the search field on the New Tab page or into Firefox's Search bar.
